Gerard Butler and Bradley Cooper, two of the newer leading men in Hollywood, get the honor of presenting the award for Special Effects. Last chance for District 9 to win something (they won't win best picture) but Avatar has to take this...right?

Yup, Avatar wins. These guys must feel relieved...they worked on this film for years to get it made. Good for them. All the guys who win for Avatar thanks Cameron as if he'll hurt them if they don't.

Hmmm...Avatar has the momentum again here.
